would definitely return here
The location was super convenient, just 5 mins from the tube. The room had heating, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was clean with a proper shower. The linens were fresh, and they provided fluffy towels. It’s a Victorian place, but it has a cozy vibe.

missingWrote a review on 11 Julspacious roomsquick accessparking chaos
Spacious rooms make it a comfortable base for exploring. Proximity to the Northern Line ensures quick access to central destinations.
Parking situation is a bit chaotic. there’s space for a mere three cars. Arrived to find a van blocking access, meaning street-side parking had to be used—so watch out for traffic wardens. Rooms can feel dated, with some carpets fraying and decor that might raise an eyebrow. breakfast isn’t served in-house. you’ll need to walk to a sister hotel, which could be a hassle for families with early-rising kids. some high street lights can keep a room too bright at night. A blackout curtain would make a real difference.

Suitable for budget families
The staff was incredibly helpful, especially one named Tatiana who guided us on parking and local sights. Plus, the warm and inviting rooms actually felt like a relief after a long day out with the kids, we even had a lovely view of a duck pond from our window.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I'd say it was still tolerable for what we got.
